He spent an additional Fellowship year in Oxford, UK, gaining further expertise in endoscopic sinus surgery and paediatric ENT surgery.
Dr Askew is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons; the Australian Society of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery; and the Australian New Zealand Society of Paediatric Otorhinolaryngology. Dr Askew is a member of the Australian Medical Association.
