Patients require a current referral from their General Practitioner or Specialist.

Please bring any current scans (not just the report) or hearing tests related to the problem being investigated.

Payment is required at the time of consultation by cash, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard.

This practice does not provide quotes for surgery prior to the initial consultation.
